Each individual player is permitted to maintain only one active account on the Piso99 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, Piso99 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void any pending bets, and forfeit any balances held therein.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. Any activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility. You must notify Piso99 immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. Piso99 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials.
Piso99 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations. You may be required to submit government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method before withdrawals are processed. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in withdrawal delays or account suspension.
Accepted KYC Documents: Valid Philippine government-issued IDs include a Philippine Passport, SSS/UMID Card, PhilHealth ID, Voter's ID, Driver's License, or any other ID accepted under BSP and PAGCOR guidelines.
All transactions on the Piso99 Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱). Piso99 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. Any currency conversion costs incurred by the player are the player's sole responsibility.

Piso99 reserves the right to add, modify, or remove accepted payment methods at any time without prior notice. The payment method used for withdrawal must, where possible, match the method used for the most recent deposit.
Deposits via GCash and PayMaya are typically credited to your Piso99 wallet instantly. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one (1) business day to reflect. Piso99 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
Withdrawal requests are processed subject to completion of KYC verification and satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements. GCash withdrawals are typically processed within fifteen (15) minutes of approval. Bank transfers may take one (1) to three (3) business days. Piso99 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal.

Player Fund Protection: Player funds held in Piso99 accounts are maintained separately from the company's operational funds. This segregation is maintained to protect player balances in the ordinary course of business.

Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are theoretical averages calculated over a large number of game rounds and do not guarantee individual results.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during gameplay, Piso99 will make reasonable efforts to reconstruct the game state from server logs. Where reconstruction is not possible, affected bets may be voided and stakes returned. Piso99 shall not be liable for any losses arising from technical malfunctions beyond the return of the original stake.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of Piso99.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Piso99 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
Piso99's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Piso99 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Piso99 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's availability, accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose. Piso99 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
Gambling Risk Acknowledgement: You acknowledge that gambling involves risk and that you may lose money. Piso99 is not responsible for any financial losses you incur through the use of the Platform. Never gamble with money you cannot afford to lose.
Piso99 collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and is incorporated herein by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the appropriate regulatory body or courts of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines.
For disputes relating to game outcomes or account decisions, Piso99 maintains an internal dispute resolution process. Players may submit a formal complaint to our support team, and Piso99 will endeavour to respond within five (5) business days.
